Conce Room

Conce Room
Camera delle Conce — Foligno flowing beneath your window

There are few places in Umbria where you can wake up to the sound of water rushing along the medieval walls. La Camera delle Conce by Casaretti Affittacamere is one of them.

Spacious and bright, the room overlooks the Canale delle Conce—one of the most characteristic and photographed waterways in Foligno's historic center—giving you an authentic perspective of the city that no standard hotel can offer. It's the kind of view you Google and only find here.

The furnishings and interior details create a balance between historic character and contemporary comfort, complemented by a modern private bathroom designed for a seamless stay.

Is La Camera delle Conce suitable for those who want to explore Foligno on foot? Absolutely: the historic center, the main monuments, and traditional Umbrian restaurants are all just a few minutes away.

San Vito Room

San Vito Room
San Vito Room — The intimacy that makes a stay truly personal

Some people choose space, others choose atmosphere. The San Vito Room at Casaretti Affittacamere is for those who know that a cozy, guest-friendly room creates a sense of warmth that larger rooms often fail to provide.

With its 21 square meters, the San Vito offers all the comforts of the other rooms in the property—a modern private bathroom, thoughtful furnishings, natural light—in a proportion that many guests simply find just right: no empty space, everything within reach, a welcome that seems designed just for you.

It's the favorite room for those traveling alone who don't want to feel lost in a double room, for those looking for a haven in the historic center of Foligno for a few days, and for those who already know—from experience—that the most beautiful rooms aren't always the largest.

Does the San Vito Room have the same amenities as the other rooms at Casaretti? Yes, completely: the same level of finish, the same private bathroom, the same attention to detail. Only the size changes — and for many, that's the point.
